Built around the way FDI companies actually operate here
Most of our clients are foreign-invested manufacturers and multi-entity groups operating in Vietnam — Japanese, Singaporean, Malaysian, European and US-invested companies. If any of the following sounds familiar, Sage 300 is likely a good structural fit.
Manufacturing in Vietnam
Factories with inventory, multi-warehouse operations and cost accounting requirements.
Several legal entities
Group structures where each company files locally but must be consolidated for the parent.
Multi-currency exposure
Transactions and reporting in USD, JPY or other currencies alongside VND statutory books.
Two sets of expectations, one finance team
Local requirements
Books must follow Vietnamese accounting regulations and stand up to local tax inspection and audit.
Head office requirements
Group reporting on time, in the group’s currency and format, consolidated across entities.
When these run on separate systems — or on spreadsheets bridging them — month-end becomes a manual reconciliation exercise, and every question from head office costs your team another day.

Buy it, or subscribe — your policy decides
Sage 300 is available as a perpetual licence (concurrent-user) or as a subscription, and can run on-premise, hosted, or in the cloud. If your group policy requires financial data to stay on your own infrastructure, that is fully supported — which is not the case with every platform on the market.

Frequently asked questions
Is Sage 300 compliant with Vietnamese Accounting Standards?
Sage 300 is a flexible finance and accounting platform. ERP Sài Gòn configures the chart of accounts, statutory reports and tax handling to comply with current Vietnamese accounting regulations during implementation.
Can we report to our parent company in a foreign currency?
Yes. The Multicurrency module records transactions in multiple currencies and calculates exchange gain and loss automatically, so you can report in your group currency while keeping statutory books in Vietnamese dong.
We have several legal entities in Vietnam. Can they be consolidated?
Yes. Sage 300 provides G/L Consolidations for consolidated reporting across companies, and Intercompany Transactions for postings between group entities.
Can Sage 300 be deployed on-premise in Vietnam?
Yes. Sage 300 supports on-premise, hosted and cloud deployment, so companies whose group policy requires financial data to remain on internal infrastructure can be accommodated.
How much does it cost, and how long does implementation take?
Both depend on the number of legal entities, modules, users and the deployment model you choose. We run a discovery and scoping step first, then quote against that defined scope — any figure quoted before understanding your structure would be misleading.
Do you provide support in English?
Yes. Management-level discussions, proposals and walkthroughs are conducted in English, while hands-on training and documentation for your local finance team are provided in Vietnamese. Our team is based in Ho Chi Minh City and can attend on site.
